Refund policy

We are confident you will love your CannTerp products. If for any reason you feel the need to return within 30 days of purchase, we will accept unopened products and provide a full refund in the original method that you paid. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging and condition in which you received it. We unfortunately cannot provide any refunds received beyond 30 days of the original purchase date. To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once we have received the returned product within 30 days of the original date of purchase, the refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please be patient and check with your bank or credit card company; it may take some processing time before your refund is officially posted. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@cannterp.ca. 

Sale and/or custom order items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale and/or custom order items cannot be refunded.

If you are concerned with shipping your product, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. It is the responsibility of the sender to pay for return shipment and to ensure the shipment is received.
